flowers are naturally delicate and seasonal, and each variety carries its own unique lifespan. on average, our blooms are expected to last between 3–7 days when properly cared for.
to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible, we recommend following the aftercare instructions provided with your bouquet. environmental factors such as heat, sunlight, air conditioning, and placement within the home can all influence the longevity of fresh flowers.
if your flowers perish within 48 hours of delivery and all care instructions have been followed, goshá will gladly offer either:
- a replacement bouquet on the next available delivery date, or
- a full refund
to assist us in reviewing the issue, we may request clear photographs of the original bouquet within 48 hours of delivery. please ensure the images clearly show the condition of the flowers.
every arrangement is carefully prepared and quality checked by our studio team prior to dispatch to ensure it leaves us in the best possible condition.
should any flowers arrive damaged or below standard, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
while we will always do our best to assist, requests submitted after the 48-hour period may be reviewed at our discretion, and goshá reserves the right to decline refunds or replacements outside of this timeframe.
approved refunds and replacement deliveries are typically processed within 24–48 hours. refunds are returned via the original payment method and may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank provider.
